VCE and IB Results

Following the publication of the International Baccalaureate results, the School is now in a position to give a consolidated picture of the academic outcomes and successes of the Class of 2011.
Students completing their Year 12 studies at Ivanhoe Grammar School last year have again performed to an exceptionally high standard.
Particular praise should be extended to the joint Duces of The Ridgeway Campus Mithran Vyravipillai who achieved a VCE ATAR score of 99.95 and Matthew Wiseman who achieved an IB score of 45. Mithran and Matthew join a small and select group of students who have achieved a perfect score in their Year 12 studies.
Dux of the Plenty Campus is Nirbaanjot Walia with an ATAR of 99.15.
216 students completed either the VCE or IB Diploma in 2011.
On a consolidated basis:
5% scored an ATAR 99.00 or above (State average 1%)
15% scored an ATAR 95.00 or above (State average 5%)
31% scored an ATAR 90.00 or above (State average 10%)
In addition nearly 60%, on a consolidated basis, achieved an ATAR equivalent of 80 or above. There were 25 perfect study scores in VCE and IB subjects.
